Who we are

What we collect
When you send a quote request we collect what you type: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), job location, job details, and any calculator figures you chose to attach. We also record the page you sent it from, the time, your browser type, an approximate location from your connection (city and region), and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to stop spam.
How we use it
- To pass your request to up to three independent basement waterproofing contractors who cover your area, so they can contact you about that job by email or phone.
- To follow up if a request is unclear, and to check whether requests are being answered.
- To block spam and abuse.
We do not sell your details, add you to marketing lists, or share them with anyone other than the providers handling your job and the services that host this site.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare. Providers who receive your request hold their own copy under their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for up to 24 months to answer follow-up questions and handle disputes, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
Email hello@greenbaybasementrepair.com to see, correct or delete your request, or to ask us not to share it further. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California, you can use the same address to exercise those rights.
